This is the latest memo released in conjunction with Gawai Dayak Holiday Festival;

Dear fellow employee,

This letter is written regarding your job performance throughout these few months. Because you have been so efficient in your work, it is an honor for the company to award you in return for your undying commitment for this company.

To recognize your effort, the company is giving you life-time supply of nescafe 3-in-1 instant to further encourage you in your future tasks. This award will be presented to you in conjunction of our annual dinner to be held in Hai Ma Coffee Shop on the 31st of May (Saturday) at 7.30pm onwards. At the event, we’ll have live bands from Indonesia performing live ‘dangdut‘. Not to forget, they wil also be performing an all-time favorite hit ‘Kampung Love‘ as everyone requested. And later on, the dance floor will be open up for you to dance your way through the night!

We hope that with the award, it will provide initiative to you to consider working overtime for our company who currently in need of personnel with outstanding capabilities of your kind.

Oh ya, i’ll be away starting from tomorrow until the 3rd of next month. gonna tag along wit my brother and his family back for Gawai holidays. it is also a way for me to escape from town, and indulge in a quiet but with alot of breath-taking sceneries.

Before signing off, wish all the Sarawakians a Gayu Guru Gerai Nyamai (Happy Gawai Festival). and pls pls, dun drink and drive but drink while driving. ooops… just kidding on the last part!

Company’s latest memo

This is something that i received from my colleague thru an email. I really didn’t know that he got so much time to even typed it and mailed it to me. read on…

For those who are not satisfied with the current job, you are encouraged to bring junk food such as peanuts, crackers or candies to the office and enjoy yourselves. Mean while, the company will measure your overall performance throughout the year in consideration of salary increment or working hours extension. Those who are not taking their breakfast in the morning are encouraged to do so at the coffee shop nearby SY office rather than having their breakfast in the pantry. This is so to avoid unnecessary troubles and complaints from the other departments’ head. Kindly take note that if your breakfast duration is more than 30minutes, be ready to meet some security guards waiting at your workplace. Your co-operation is highly appreciated. Happy resigning and protesting.
