For those who are not satisfied with the current job, you are encouraged to bring junk food such as peanuts, crackers or candies to the office and enjoy yourselves. Mean while, the company will measure your overall performance throughout the year in consideration of salary increment or working hours extension. Those who are not taking their breakfast in the morning are encouraged to do so at the coffee shop nearby SY office rather than having their breakfast in the pantry. This is so to avoid unnecessary troubles and complaints from the other departments’ head. Kindly take note that if your breakfast duration is more than 30minutes, be ready to meet some security guards waiting at your workplace. Your co-operation is highly appreciated.
